RELAXING FACIAL MASSAGE

This beautiful holistic treatment can be enjoyed as an add on before or after any massage. For a deep and nourishing relaxation this treatment can also be combined with a Yoga Nidra meditation. 

What is a Relaxing Facial Massage?

Oil is gently applied to the face, helping with hydration of the skin. Gentle massage techniques to the face, neck and the scalp then aim to stimulate pressure points and relieve muscle tension.

By relieving muscle tightness we can activate the Parasympathetic Nervous System, which will induce a holistic effect on the whole body and wellbeing. Leaving the skin and yourself feeling wonderfully refreshed and relaxed.
