Massage is a wonderful treatment to aid in the release of tight areas in the body, gained from posture, injuries, pain, life style or stress. 

Sports Massage

This type of massage uses firm strokes and techniques to work deep into the belly of muscles layers, to realign the fibres and release tension. Although named 'Sports massage', it can be beneficial to anybody.

Swedish massage:
A traditional form of relaxation massage. Strokes and techniques are of a lighter pressure to work on soft tissues and induce a feeling of tranquillity and relaxation.

  • Help reduce emotional and physical stress

  • Help muscular strain by flushing out toxins

  • Increased sense of well-being

  • Improved circulation, oxygen and blood flow through the body

  • Improved Lymphatic drainage

Pregnancy Massage
A fully qualified Pregnancy massage therapist. Pregnancy is a wonderful time, but it can take it's toll on the body. I offer a nurturing, relaxing massage in a cosy, calm and safe space for expectant mothers. To aid in soothing the aches and pains often brought on in pregnancy. Reducing swelling, discomfort and helping to improve circulation. Whilst stimulating those all-important Serotonin, Oxytocin and Endorphin levels that help to reduce stress levels in mother and baby.

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is an ancient therapeutic practice dated back over 2000 years. Part of the medicinal practice of Ayurveda which incorporates massage of the scalp, upper back and shoulders. It is an extremely relaxing holistic therapy that aids in the relief of tension, headaches, aches, pains and stress and inducing a deep sense of calm and tranquillity.

You can even add the 15 minute Head massage onto the beginning of any Swedish or Sports Massage treatment, for a little bit extra luxury. 

Pregnancy massage
Indian Head Massage

Heidi is a wonderful massage therapist. She listens attentively to the client at the outset and tailors her session to them responding to the clients pressure requirements. As well as easing particular muscular aches and pains she leaves you feeling deeply relaxed. I went to see her with extreme pain in my knee from osteoarthritis with referred shooting pains up and down the leg. She soothed the pain and tension and brought space to the whole area and I slept well for the first time in ages. She has a lovely, sweet manner, I can highly recommend her.
