In Studio Yoga, or garden Yoga through the warmer Spring and Summer months. I offer a calm, safe space to practice Yoga.
Hatha Yoga
Yoga has been practiced for thousands of years. Yoga aids the mind, body and spirit connection. A typical class incorporates asana/movement, breath work, relaxation and meditation.
Through my own practice of Meditation and Yoga, my teachings have evolved into a much gentler, slower pace. Offering you mobility, flexibility, slow flow, Yin, strength and stillness in a safe space. Maybe your looking to start Yoga or continue your practice out of a busy class environment.
The Studio holds up to 3 people for a class. So maybe you would like to reserve space in the studio for you and your friends to have your own weekly class at a time and day that suits you. Sessions can be booked as a 1-1, 1-2 or 1-3. Or perhaps you would like a class in the comfort of your own home.
Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is ideal for anyone who struggles with mobility, chronic health conditions or weakness, or who struggle moving through the ups and downs of a traditional yoga flow class. I will adapt yoga asana/poses by either sitting on a chair or by using the chair as a support to stabilise us. Making yoga accessible to all.
